SK Annenieki's Jānis Lielais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balvis Kiberkalns in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, SK Annenieki's goal looked a bit too open when Jakub Swierczok came free, but Jānis Lielais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Artūrs Sagalats shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdis Felbergs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes Black horses's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Reinholds Jaunzems who took care of the corner kick. Valdis Felbergs made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Jāzeps Pics sent off a good shot on target. Reinholds Jaunzems kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Jānis Lielais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakub Swierczok in the 20th minute of the match. In the 25th match minute, Black horses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakub Swierczok to maneuver through the defense. Jānis Lielais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakub Swierczok, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Black horses's Cipriano Sauveur in 30 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Jānis Lielais guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. SK Annenieki's Jānis Lielais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Sauveur in the 42nd minute of play. Black horses's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kristiāns Princāns in the 43rd minute. After taking down the ball on Black horses's corner Kristiāns Princāns fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jānis Lielais quite easily take care of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

SK Annenieki's Jānis Lielais proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save SK Annenieki from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Sauveur in the 53rd minute of play forced SK Annenieki's goalkeeper Jānis Lielais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind SK Annenieki's goalkeeper Jānis Lielais, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jānis Lielais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakub Swierczok in the 56th minute of play. Jānis Lielais made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Jakub Swierczok sent off a good shot on target. Black horses's Bērtulis Ludbergs was substituted for Mpenza Setlaba. Valdis Felbergs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artūrs Sagalats in the 70th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Artūrs Sagalats made a precise shot to the right of Valdis Felbergs. Black horses's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. SK Annenieki made a substitution. Viestards Graudiņš replaced Renāts Skipors. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atso Joenväärä in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jānis Lielais prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jakub Swierczok came free with the goalkeeper in the 80th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jānis Lielais could save by the left post. SK Annenieki's Jānis Lielais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Sauveur in the 81st minute of play. Artūrs Sagalats's late challenge caught a Black horses's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Artūrs Sagalats helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th match minute, SK Annenieki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artūrs Sagalats to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the match, SK Annenieki's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Sauveur came free, but Jānis Lielais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jānis Lielais made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Jakub Swierczok sent off a good shot on target. 89 minutes into the match, SK Annenieki's goalkeeper Jānis Lielais had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jakub Swierczok. After a defensive mix-up in Black horses's zone, Indris Tomass stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdis Felbergs came out of the goal and Indris Tomass tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Black horses players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SK Annenieki.
